This much anticipated tutorial gives you the foundation you need to create spectacular Cinemagraphs (living pictures) in Photoshop.
There are several methods to creating a Cinemagraph. One is to film video and mask the areas you want to move. This can be achieved in Flixel's Cinemagraph Pro, or in Photoshop.

Another method to create movement in a photo is to warp the pixels into movement. A great program for this is Plotagraph Pro.
